ความมุ่งมั่นของฝ่ายบริหารและนโยบายในการให้บริการ

เพื่อการบรรลุวิสัยทัศน์ในการเป็น “บริษัทรับเหมาก่อสร้างแบบครบวงจรในภูมิภาคอาเซียน” บริษัท อิตัลไทยวิศวกรรม จำกัด จึงมุ่งมั่นในการดำเนินธุรกิจอย่างยั่งยืน เป็นมืออาชีพ และมีจริยธรรม เพื่อเพิ่มพูนและยกระดับความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าด้วยการให้บริการแบบเบ็ดเสร็จ (One Stop Services) ในงานวิศวกรรมและก่อสร้างตามพันธสัญญากับลูกค้าและสอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดตามกฎหมาย รวมถึงความต้องการของผู้มีส่วนร่วม เราพัฒนาการปฏิบัติงานของเราอย่างต่อเนื่องตามแนวปฏิบัติการทำงานที่ดีของอุตสาหกรรม (good industry practice) ที่เกี่ยวข้องและได้ยกระดับระบบการทำงานของเราขึ้นสู่การรับรองตามมาตรฐานสากลที่จำเป็นสำหรับอุตสาหกรรมงานวิศวกรรมและก่อสร้าง ดังนี้

1. ระบบบริหารคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน ISO9001:2015

2. รูปแบบการบริหารโครงการจากประสบการณ์การทำงานของบริษัทฯ ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับแนวปฏิบัติในการบริหารคุณภาพโครงการตามมาตรฐาน ISO10006

3. ระบบบริหารอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยตามมาตรฐาน ISO45001:2018

4. ระบบบริหารสิ่งแวดล้อมตามมาตรฐาน ISO14001:2015

5. การได้รับอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมตามกฎหมาย

บริษัทฯ มุ่งมั่นในการให้บริการตามความต้องการและข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า โดยสอดคล้องกับกฎหมายและระเบียบปฏิบัติที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยพัฒนาระบบบริหารการให้บริการอย่างต่อเนื่อง ผ่านการผลักดันแนวทางการบริหารทั้งองค์กรโดยมุ่งเน้นที่กระบวนการการทำงาน (Process Approach) ร่วมกับวงจร วางแผน-ดำเนินการ-ตรวจสอบ-ปรับปรุง (Plan - Do - Check - Act หรือ PDCA) และการคิดคำนึงถึงความเสี่ยง (Risk - Based Thinking) อันเป็นมาตรฐานสากลในการปฏิบัติงานที่มีการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน พร้อมทั้งบริษัทฯ ได้จัดทำกระบวนการบริหารโครงการจากประสบการณ์ทำงานที่ผ่านมาบรรจุไว้ในระบบบริหารคุณภาพ ประกอบด้วยบุคลากรที่ได้รับการอบรมมาอย่างดี บุคลากรที่มีประสบการณ์อันยาวนานและผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะด้านตามงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ร่วมกันปฏิบัติงานตามคู่มือและระเบียบปฏิบัติที่ได้จัดทำเป็นชุดเอกสารเพื่อให้ได้ผลงานตามวัตถุประสงค์คุณภาพ ความปลอดภัย และสิ่งแวดล้อม ภายใต้การติดตามควบคุมความมีประสิทธิผลของระบบและผลการดำเนินโครงการต่างๆจากผู้บริหารระดับสูงสุดอย่างใกล้ชิด นอกจากนั้นเพื่อให้ลูกค้าและผู้มีส่วนร่วมมั่นใจในการทำงานอย่างมืออาชีพและมีจริยธรรมในการประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรม เราจึงได้ขอใบอนุญาตและได้รับจดทะเบียนรับรองการประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมประเภทนิติบุคคลจากสภาวิศวกรตามกฎหมายอีกด้วย

To achieve the vision to be “A Leading professional EPC Contractor in ASEAN” Italthai Engineering Co.,Ltd. (ITE) strives to conduct business in sustainable professional and ethical ways to enhance and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by providing one-stop engineering/ construction services through our commitment to the requirements of customers and fulfill the appliance obligations together with requirements of interested parties. We have been continually improving our operations with good industry practice and upgrading them to have international standards certification for Operating Management Systems needed for engineering and construction industries as following.

1. ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS)

2. Project Management Practice as cumulative experience and in line with guidelines for quality management in projects ISO10006

3. ISO45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS)

4. ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System (EMS)

5. Professional Engineering Working License

The company is committed to consistently provide the services in conformity to customer’s requirements, specifications and appliance laws and regulations together with continual improvement for the operating management systems through promoting the concept of Process Approach incorporated with Plan - Do - Check - Act (PDCA) Cycle and Risk-Based Thinking as the international standard requirements. We also have our own project management methodology which has been developed from company’s long experience embedded in our QMS. Other than the systems, we will serve our customers with many well -trained, long – experienced and specialist staffs relevant to each work who strictly proceed according to our serial of documented manuals and procedures to achieve quality, safety and environmental objectives under top management close monitoring the effectiveness of each systems and the performance of your project. In addition, to assure our customers and interested parties for professional and ethical ways of doing business especially in professional engineering, we have been certified Professional Engineering Working License (juristic person) from Thai Council of Engineers.

Anti-Corruption Policy Italthai Engineering Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) realizes the harmful and obtrusive effects of corruption on social and economic development. In essence, it is a wrong business practice, which creates uneven playing field and could damage ethical reputation and competitiveness of the Company leading to rejection from domestic and international entities as well as a decline in confidence among shareholders, investors, and all stakeholders. The Company, thus, adheres to the principles of not providing any support to any enterprise, group of people, or person involved in exploitation, either directly or indirectly, abusing their power/ authorities. The Company has a clear direction to cooperate with and support government as well as private sectors.
